I just placed an order. When will it ship?
Your order requires 3 business days for processing and production before it ships out.
How long is the shipping time?
Average transit time for U.S. orders: 15-20 business days
Average transit time for International orders: 10-25 business days
Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) may cause shipping delays. While most packages arrive on time, carriers may experience unexpected issues. Therefore, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times. Delivery issues are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
Will I receive a tracking number?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking information will become available once your item is shipped. Our product research team sources quality yet affordable products globally, so individual items in an order may ship from different fulfillment centers worldwide.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order free of charge! To ensure cancellation, you must cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. If the item has already shipped, please email us at leafverse22@gmail.com with the subject line "CANCEL".

I entered an incorrect address!
If you misspelled or auto-filled an incorrect address, notify us within 24 hours by emailing leafverse22@gmail.com or replying to your order confirmation email with the correct details. If the address is incorrect, we can update it within 24 hours.
My item arrived damaged
We pack every item with extra padding. However, about 1 in 1000 products may arrive damaged due to mishandling during transit.

Once verified, we’ll gladly send a replacement free of charge.

Helpful Tips:

Local carriers typically deliver packages on weekdays (Monday–Friday). To ensure safe delivery, please provide an address where you can receive packages on weekdays. Keep your phone accessible during the estimated delivery window, as the carrier may contact you.

Our shipping service requires a signature for successful delivery. Ensure you or an authorized person is available at the shipping address. If the package is shipped to the provided address and a signature is recorded, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
The following scenarios are the buyer’s responsibility:

Any tariffs/customs duties imposed by the recipient’s country will be paid by the buyer.

Costs incurred due to delivery delays or address changes requested by the buyer will be borne by the buyer.
